A Ponte, a coworking space in Lisbon, wanted to unify its services with those of Shift Happens, a startup accelerator and incubator, under a single umbrella brand.
To achieve this, we conducted an in-depth analysis of both companies and the sector to find the best positioning and shaped the new parent brand: Ponte. A hub where impact startups can find everything they need to transform their business ideas into reality.
We created a new brand image, with a new sub-brand system for each of the services. We brought their logo to life, along with their color palette, social media, and website. We also developed a new way of communicating, with a new slogan and tone of messages. In conclusion, a complete change of strategy, concept, and image.
