Stop Working for Change (SWFC) is an initiative developed by Canela that any organisation worldwide can join. We only ask for one thing: a commitment to make an impact through action beyond International Women’s Day. SWFC is not a one day marketing campaign; it’s a commitment to real change.
We advocate for the role of women in the workforce, particularly in the field of communication, and in 2024, 23 companies from 20 different countries joined us, managing to raise over 2.000 pro bono hours for NGOs promoting women’s empowerment.
As part of the campaign, we developed a presentation video, a landing page where the organisations could find all the necessary information, a toolkit with assets for social media to collectively raise awareness of the initiative, and our own social media campaign.
