The Liceu has been thrilling audiences for more than 175 years, and with almost two centuries of history, it was time to renew the way in which those who make it possible communicate with each other.
Our challenge: to improve internal communication in an institution as emblematic as it is diverse, with a heterogeneous team and varied needs, and to take the first steps towards an intranet that would optimize communication channels for all its professionals.
How did we achieve this? By conducting an in-depth internal audit, which included individual and group interviews, focus groups and a general survey, to hear the voices, needs and expectations of their team of more than 400 people.
The result: a detailed report with practical proposals for designing a more useful and intuitive intranet, adapted to the day-to-day work of the Liceu’s professionals. In addition, we developed actions and recommendations to further improve the internal communication of the different teams of this almost bicentennial institution.
