Green Tech Challenge launched a double challenge for Canela: leading Lisbon´s second edition Press Office and, at the same time, participate as a Sponsor, giving workshops for the startups. From a media point of view, besides mentioning the organization, the founders wanted to highlight the participants.
From a PR perspective, the strategy was to position the brand in the entrepreneurship and technology media, with pre-event interviews in print, online, radio and TV. Canela also invited journalists to attend the last day – Investor Day – where startups made the final pitch to the potential investors.
As for the sponsorship, Canela shared Public Relations´ best practices and gave a brief keynote speak at Investor Day about some of the agency´s success stories with startups.
