Between confetti and carnival parades, the digital world never stops

LinkedIn is rolling out “Premium All-in-One”, a subscription designed for SMEs and entrepreneurs that brings together sales, marketing and hiring in a single dashboard. It includes AI features, daily leads and InMail credits to help drive business growth.

Instagram is testing a redesign that gives even more prominence to Reels, opening the app directly on this feed and adding new personalised options such as Following, Friends or Saved to tailor the short-form video experience.

Meta is piloting a standalone app called “Vibes”, focused exclusively on AI-generated videos in a TikTok-style vertical scroll format. The launch is currently being tested in Mexico and Brazil following the surge in consumption of this type of content.

Spain will ban access to social media for under-16s, requiring platforms to implement age verification systems. The measure is part of a broader plan to strengthen digital safety, increase executive accountability and tackle misinformation and illegal content.

Threads is launching “Dear Algo”, an AI-powered feature that adapts your Feed for three days based on topics you specify in a public post, showing more or less content according to your preferences.

Instagram is updating Edits with a new batch actions menu, more effects (crop, mask and revert), text animations and the ability to copy and paste elements between projects, enabling faster and more professional mobile editing.

“Yope” is the new social platform winning over Gen Z with private groups for sharing photos, free from algorithms and ads. It blends the best of Instagram and WhatsApp and already boasts 2.2 million monthly active users.

YouTube is stepping up its crackdown on ad blockers: users who rely on them may now lose access to comments and video descriptions, even if they are Premium subscribers , in a move aimed at discouraging their use.
