Canela’s digital strategy for Lenovo has positioned it as one of the most visible consumer technology brands in Spanish social media, as recognized by the TNS Awards. Currently we have a community with 120,000 users on Facebook.
Our mix of engagement activities includes creativities, riddles, monthly competitions or campaigns and creative activities to engage the community. These posts have an average of 1,600 ‘Likes’ (without social ads) and more than one milion of people reached through Facebook Ads campaigns. The star of our engagement campaign is the iconic figure of Sr Lenovi, a mascot which is half human and half tablet, and also the #SuperFanLenovo campaign where users had to show that they were the most loyal fans of the brand.
